Use
SHIFT MOLD W-65 is W/O emulsion type release agent for green sand mold used for SPO large sized high pressure molding machine and the DISAMATIC molding machine etc. Please use undiluted.
Feature
-W/O emulsion type and wettability to the formwork is excellent
-Though the moisture rate is higher than those currently in use, does not easily generate rust
-Moisture rate is over 50% comparing to the current oil based or aqueous and not flammable therefore can handle safely.
-Good at molding and release.
- harmful material is not constituted.
-According to use conditions, the consume volume can be decreased half compared with the oil type agent currently in use.

Remarks
-PCA control -PCA which is called carcinogen is under 3% as per EU standard hence safe.
- Heavy metal which is harmful to human body is not used.
How to use
1.Please use undiluted solution. (do not dilute by water)
2. Please spray evenly onto the surface of the pattern, which makes Green Sand Mold.
3. Spray by each mold. Subject to the condition, spray once per 2~3 mold can be effective.
