Use
SHIFT MOLD W-40 is W/O emulsion type release agent for green sand mold used for SPO large sized high pressure molding machine and the DISAMATIC molding machine etc. Please use undiluted.
Feature
-W/O emulsion type and wettability to the formwork is excellent
-The flash point is not detected and does not applicable to the category flammable liquid.
-Though the moisture rate is higher than those currently in use, does not easily generate rust
- Heavy metals which are harmful to the human body are not constituted.
-According to use conditions, the consume volume can be decreased half compared with the oil type agent currently in use.

How to use
1.Please use undiluted solution. (do not dilute by water)
2. Please spray evenly onto the surface of the pattern, which makes Green Sand Mold.
3. Spray by each mold. Subject to the condition, spray once per 2~3 mold can be effective.
