- SHIFT MOLD W-8 is special colloidal solution and new type release agent for mold sand used for large sized high pressure molding machine or DISAMATIC molding machine.
Please used undiluted. - Feature
- -Superior on stability than W/O emulsion type currently in use..
-Moisture rate is similar with green sand therefore does not influence to green sand moisture condition.
- Residual moisture is limited hence can protect from the gathering rust, which is better comparing with W/O emulsion type currently in use.
- Mineral oil is used as the base oil and no flash point is recognized although the low water content.
- Friction coefficient is low therefore good molding performance and good at release the mold.
- Low viscosity therefore good to spray.
- It is possible to reduce the consume volume to half comparing to the oil based type currently in use at good condition therefore economical.
- Antiscattering agent is added therefore good for working environment because the products does not drift as the mist. - Property

- 1.Please use undiluted solution. (do not dilute by water)
2. Please spray evenly onto the surface of the pattern, which makes Green Sand Mold.
3. Spray by each mold. Subject to the condition, spray once per 2~3 mold can be effective. - Packing
