- Shift Powder NT will reduce shrinkage cavity by the effectiveness of generation, expansion, thermal at the feeder head liberation and reduce the molten metal, which will improve yield rate of the production. Also it will contribute to reduce man power for chipping operation or feeder head cutting. The production will imorive by smaller feeder head.
- Characteristic
- Shift Powder NT prevents the solidification formation of the feeder head surface and improve a feeder head effect. Shift Powder NT will expand while generating when touch with molten metal, in result, the effectiveness of generation and insulation will prevent the solidification formation of the feeder head surface and prevent the shrinkage cavity.
- How to use
- １．Sprinkle Shift Powder nT over the surface of feeder head uniformly.
２．Quantitiy is about 1 -2 kg per 1000 kg.
３．In case of longer hold time is required, adjust the quantitiy.
