- Use
- SHIFT REMOVER G prevent from the resin dust adhesion, which occurs in shell core mold. Even the adhesion is occurred; the cleaning is easier and can improve the cleaning performance.
SHIFT REMOVER G can be used for steel mold for green sand as the simple solid adhesive preventive agent. This is alcoholic products. - Usage
1.) Clean the solid resin dust on the steel mold first and spray or blush paint undiluted SHIFT REMOVER G on the surface.
2.) Turn the steel mold heat upto 200 and keep it for 30 minutes. The clear color capsule will be created on the surface. Thickness is under 5 Κ.
3.) After work operation, the resin dust on the surface can be easily removed while cleaning.
