General description
Heat Guard 1000 is gray color paste spray, superior in lubricity and release at he high temperature part.
The base oil gradually evaporates when exceed 180 degrees Celsius, and a dry anti-abrasion film is formed. This film performs the lubrication performs protection for the friction. Very few residual substance is produced from base oil, but the residual substance gives a good effect for the later lubrication.
Purpose
・Coating the casting ladle, pail or gate of die-casting machine.
・Buring prevention at the ejector pin or movable part at alumi die-casting.
・Adhesion prevention of chiller at casting metal/ductile.
・Buring prevention/lubiricant at bolt, bearling, slide rail at quenting, drying, firing structure.
・Lubrication at chain or roller part under high temperature.
・Satisfactory lubirication/release at the part, which is difficult to use oil/grease at high temperature.

・Heat-resistance by 1000℃ and good lubiricant/release/anti-burning at high temperature part.

How to use
・Please remove the water, rust, the dirt of the target part before apply.
・Please spray away about 15〜20cm from the target part.
・Shake well before use.
