How are you handling slag, which is adhered to the furnace or ladle ? Slag undermines the refractory,increase the energy cost and reduce the capacity of furnace/ladle. Slag Condtioner TL is easy to use, just put it with the raw materials. It will remove the adhered slag and also prevent the new slag to adhere.

Easy to use
A package of Slag Conditioner TL is 100g paper pack. It is just put Slag Conditioner TL into the furnace with raw materials.The quantity is 0.05% of the furnace capacity.【500g when the furnace capacity is 1ton】

＊to prevent the slag, the quantity of Slag Conditioner TL is 0.01%~0.02%. Less quantity will less influence to the molten metal and very easy to use.

By bening removed the adhered slag at furnace wall or in molten metal,

How to use
Regulated quantity of Slag Conditioner is "Molten metal quantity X 0.05%” If the molten metal is 3tons, it will be 3,000 kg X 0.05% = 1.5kg.

1. Input the regulated quantity into furnace together with scrap.

Slag Conditioner will melt at 1100℃ and start to softening the slag on refractory lining.

2. Repeat input the requlated quantity of Slag Conditioner into furnace for 5 charges.

3. The slag on refractory lining will be gradually coming up to the surface of molten metal.

4. Take the floating slag out from the furnace.
