Purpose and Effectiveness
1. Save energy cost, improve the working environment, certain insulation efectiveness
Insulation Sheet will keep the heat inside of holding furnace and reduce the amount of released heat.
This sheet can down the temperature of outside surface at about 20% (subject to the cirfumstance of the user).

To avoid the extra cost of users, we produce the thick film insulation sheet in order to use longer.

As the sheet form, everybody can apply uniformly, which save the time to apply.

Use
1. Thermal insulation and heat retention of holding furnace, heat treatment furnace or where thermogenesis.
2. Heat-resistant temperature : -30℃〜150℃
How to apply
Clean the rust, oil content on the surface of application.
Paint the specific glue uniformly either on the sheet or the furnace wall.
Attach the Insulation sheet and press well with the hands or fingers. The sheets adhered strongly in a few minutes.
