- SHINOBI 101 is the reparing agent at the visible defect part of aluminum alloy casitngs.
When the agent is filled into blow hole, it will be hard and aluminum color. SHINOBI 101 is compound with epoxy resin as a base and the composition of heat resistant agent. This is lower viscosity and higher fluidity hence suitable for small complecated defect part. 
- Purpose/characteristics
1. SHINOBI 101 is epoxy resin repairing agent will be be metalic shine and hardened body hence the repaired part will be nondescript.
2. The curing shrinkage rate is small and strongly adhere to the reparing part hence reparing agent won't be detached.
3. The product is packed in specialized syringe therefore the user can push out the necessary volume.
Also the user does not touch the agent directly, it is safe to handle.
4. The contents won't go solid and can be used up.
- How to use
1. clean the dust on the part to repair with air and remove the oil content by acetone.
2. push out the regulated amount from each syringe (weight rate at main agent : curative agent 2:1)
3. mix well (for about 30 seconds)
4. take the small amount of mixed paste of SHINOBI 101 with plugger (needle hilt/spatula) and fill the defect part.
fill the paste to substitute the air until paste slightly bulge.
5. remove the excess amount (with cotton bud + acetone)
6. leave it at room temperature. Please work in door when cold winder.
Can shorten a cure period if heat it at 60-80℃.
7. After curing, please make the surface smoothly with oil stone or emery paper. (polished part will be slightly dark hence please check it in advance.
