- When the coolant including the silicone based release agent invades into the small gap part of the metal mold face matching, casting defect may be often happened and the trouble occurs to the mold and its life will shorten.Crack Sealer PA-300 spreads among the small gaps and stiffens and completely seals a gap. It prevent invasion of the water completely without permeating it for the heated water after having stiffened.Also Crack Sealer PA-300 has good adhesion with metal or steel and can expect extremely high sealing power. The treated area changed to slightly white color hence can view the treatement. In case applying to smaller gap (under 1mm), we suggest Crack Sealer PA-100. Further bigger cap, please use Crack Sealer SN600.
- How to use
- 1. Remove dust or stain at the gap area to repair by air.
2. Apply the product into the reparing area
3. Excess of the agent to be removed by waste cloth.
4. When the metal mold is heated to 200, the repair agent will be hardened and seal the gap completely. - Precautions for use
- @ Wear protective cloth. Crack Sealer PA-100 is acidity and need to protect skin or eyes.
A Do not mix with alkaline product. There will be the rist of heat generation and loose sealing power.
B Please seal close the rid tightly and keep at roon temperature.
C Wash face and hands after use.
D The liquid may be float while storage but it is no damage on quality. please mix well before use. - Property
