Since our founding in 1998, we have been committed to creating high value-added products that exceed the expectations of customers not only in Japan but around the world, primarily in the casting and forging industries.

In August 2025, I succeeded the previous president as the second-generation leader of the company. What I have inherited is a philosophy rooted in two core principles: the pursuit of both material and spiritual well-being for all employees, and a passion for challenging possibilities.

The former president often shared his belief that “a company cannot exist without pursuing the well-being of its employees, both materially and spiritually.” He also embodied a relentless determination to tackle and solve even the most difficult challenges brought to us by our customers. I am committed to carrying forward both this philosophy and this passion.
