Purpose
When applied to molds for copper alloy casting, it protects the mold surface during high-temperature pouring, preventing reactions with molten metal, surface deterioration, and gas defects, while ensuring stable release performance.

Features
| High Adhesion with Excellent Release Performance | Provides strong adhesion to mold surfaces and excellent release performance. |
|---|---|
| High Heat Resistance Exceeding 1500°C | Maintains stable performance even under high-temperature casting conditions. |
| Prevents Deterioration of Mold Surfaces | Forms a durable coating layer that suppresses mold surface deterioration during pouring. |
| Reduces Peeling and Gas Defects | Prevents coating film peeling and reduces the occurrence of gas defects. |
| Water-Based and Non-Hazardous for Safe Handling | Safe to handle and designed with consideration for the working environment. |
| Low Sedimentation for Easy Stirring | Low sedimentation ensures easy stirring. |
| Stable Performance with Copper | Does not react with copper. |
How to use
・Stir thoroughly before use.
・Remove oil, moisture, and dirt from the mold surface prior to application.
・Apply evenly by brush or spray.
・After application, ensure the coating is fully dried before pouring.
・As the product is alkaline, wear protective goggles and gloves during use.
