Zinc shot is a blasting media designed with a strong focus on safety.
Compared to aluminum dust, the zinc dust generated after shot blasting has less than one-tenth the sensitivity to dust explosions.
In addition, zinc has a specific gravity approximately 2.5 times greater than aluminum, providing superior deburring performance, shorter processing time, and high wear resistance for long service life.
The finished surface is glossy, white, and smooth.
Three types are available according to hardness: “AZ,” “AZ-S,” and “AD.”
