Purpose
Al Hunter A is a water-based rust remover developed for cleaning molds used in aluminum die casting.
It effectively removes aluminum soldering (build-up) adhered to molds, as well as rust formed on the surface.
Applications:
・Removal of aluminum soldering on molds for aluminum casting

How to use
(Use while the mold is installed in the die-casting machine)
1. Best cleaning performance is achieved when the mold temperature is around 150°C.
2. Spray onto areas where aluminum has adhered to the mold and pins.
3. The liquid will form a foam upon contact. Leave for 10～15 minutes, then brush using a brass brush or similar.
4. After brushing, remove residues by air blow and rinse with water (release agent in use may also be used).
5. Also removes oil and grease residues from release agents adhering to the mold.
【Immersion Application】
For removable parts that can be immersed:
Soak in the solution for 5～24 hours, then brush with a brass brush or wipe off with a cloth.
◾️For Use as a Rust Remover
1. Spray onto rusted areas of molds or components.
2. Allow to stand for a while (1～5 minutes), then wipe thoroughly with a cloth.
3. This product is not a rust inhibitor. After rust removal, for long-term storage, neutralize with alkaline water and apply a rust preventive, or wipe thoroughly and then apply a rust preventive.
【Handling Precautions】
・Al Hunter A is a strongly acidic liquid. Always wear appropriate protective equipment (safety goggles, rubber gloves, protective clothing) and avoid contact with the body.
・If it comes into contact with skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
・If it gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with running water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention.
