Purpose
Heat Guard 1000 is a heat-resistant lubricant composed of special synthetic oil blended with solid lubricants. It is a gray paste that delivers excellent lubricity and release performance even under high temperatures.
At temperatures above 180°C, the base oil evaporates and dries, forming a wear-resistant film that prevents seizure and abrasion.
It leaves minimal residue and provides continued lubrication performance.

How to use
2. When spraying, apply evenly from a distance of approximately 15～20 cm.
3. If you attempt to rapidly convert the paste film into a dry film, gray residue may form, so heat gradually.
4. Shake the can well before use.
