Purpose
FFC Sealer 300 is a high heat-resistant and durable sealant developed for sealing fitting areas of molds.
Formulated with special synthetic resins, it maintains excellent adhesion and water-sealing performance over long periods, even in high-temperature environments up to 400°C.
It is a room-temperature curing type, making it easy to handle, and prevents seizure and water ingress, helping to extend mold life.
Applications:
・Prevention of water leakage from cooling water piping and mold fitting areas
・Can also be used as a sealant for mold inserts
・Adhesion repair for casting molds and jigs

How to use
1. Remove oil and dirt from the application surface using a cloth or similar.
2. Apply a thin, even layer of the product and ensure proper adhesion.
3. Allow to cure at room temperature for 3～6 hours. After curing, it forms a rubber-like layer that prevents water ingress.

Handling Precautions
1. If it comes into contact with skin, wash thoroughly with detergent and a brush before it dries.
2. After use, tightly close the cap and store at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
3. Shelf life is one year from the date of manufacture.
