Purpose
An inorganic adhesive specifically designed for filling gaps in mold parting surfaces.

How to use
1. Thoroughly degrease the application surface to remove any oil. For better adhesion, roughen the surface with sandpaper or similar.
After degreasing, heat the area with a heat gun or similar to remove any remaining moisture or oil.
Since the product has high viscosity in its original form, dilute with the dedicated thinner when applying to narrow gaps.
Add 5～10% thinner by weight relative to the crack sealer and mix thoroughly.
2. Stir the product well before use, as separation between solid and liquid components may occur.
3. Apply an appropriate amount using a spatula, trowel, dropper, or similar tool to fill the target area.
4. Allow to dry at room temperature for at least 24 hours.
For improved properties, heat curing is recommended:
Room temperature → 50°C (10 min) → 80°C (10 min) → 120°C (10 min).
This process enhances strength and adhesion.
(If heat curing is not possible, room temperature drying is acceptable.)
5. After sufficient drying, remove any excess material and smooth the surface using sandpaper or similar.
