Purpose
Used to prevent sand buildup and assist in sand removal inside continuous mixers for self-hardening molds.
Recommended as a support agent for regular cleaning of mixer blades and troughs.
Also effective in preventing adhesion and facilitating easy removal of deposits such as cement, asphalt, and clay.

How to use
1. At the end of operation, lightly clean any adhered material inside the mixer, then apply BIG-1S evenly to the trough and blades by spray or brush. After drying, a soft protective film forms to prevent adhesion.
2. The next day, before starting operation, lightly tap with a hammer or similar tool to remove the deposits along with the BIG-1S film.
(Light heating with a gas burner can further enhance the peeling effect.)
