Purpose

It is also effective in preventing deformation and damage of foam molds.

How to use
1. Thoroughly remove oil, grease, and dirt from the mold surface before use.
2. Dilute with tap water at a ratio of 0～10% before use.
3. Apply evenly using a brush, spray, or airless system (roller application is not recommended).
4. Standard application amount: 80～120 g/m², with a coating thickness of 10～15 μm per coat.
5. Drying time (approx.):
・Touch dry: approx. 10 minutes (20°C, humidity 40～60%)
・Water-resistant dry: approx. 30 minutes (20°C, humidity 40～60%)
・Full cure: air dry at room temperature
6. Recoating interval: at least 4 hours (20°C), and apply additional coats within 2 days.
7. Clean tools immediately with water before drying.
After drying, it becomes insoluble in water, so use lacquer thinner or similar if necessary.
