Purpose
Used for removing adhered sand deposits inside continuous mixers for self-hardening molds.
It forms a soft, flexible film that makes removal easier than conventional methods, significantly reducing cleaning time.
Suitable for use with various systems, including alkaline phenolic and furan resins.
Features
| High Removal Performance | Softens hardened self-hardening sand, allowing for easy removal. |
|---|---|
| Anti-Adhesion Effect | When applied after cleaning, it helps prevent re-adhesion. |
| Easy Application | Ready to use without dilution or heating. |
| Safe to Use | Uses synthetic hydrocarbon solvents, designed to be safe for both operators and equipment. |
| Improved Work Efficiency | Significantly reduces cleaning time and eases maintenance workload. |
How to use
◼︎ Apply the undiluted solution directly to the adhered sand deposits by brush or spray, and allow it to fully penetrate.
◼︎ Leave for about 1 minute, then remove after confirming that the adhered sand has softened.
