Purpose
Removes carbon deposits adhering to shell molds and tar generated during Cold Box molding.
Features
| Powerful Carbon Deposit Removal Performance | Softens resin carbon deposits, enabling quick removal of stubborn tar and carbon. |
|---|---|
| Excellent Work Efficiency | Immersion treatment allows for easy cleaning, reducing the need for brushing or manual labor. |
| Safe and Easy-to-Handle Water-Soluble Type | Can be diluted with water as needed, making it easy to handle and environmentally considerate. |
| Reduced Processing Time with Heating | Heating to around 60°C further shortens the removal time. |
| Versatile for a Wide Range of Applications | Suitable for removing carbon deposits and tar from shell core molds and inside mold cavities. |
How to use
1. Use the solution as is or dilute with water to the desired concentration, then place it in a container and immerse the carbonized resin deposits.
2. Allow it to sit. After about 60 minutes, the adhered phenolic resin will soften, making it easy to remove.
3. After removal, repeat immersion or apply heat treatment if necessary.
Note: Heating to around 60°C will shorten the removal time.
