Purpose
Prevents adhesion of resin residue and tar on shell molds, and allows easy removal even if adhesion occurs.
Features
| Excellent Anti-Adhesion Performance | A thin film is formed on the mold surface to prevent the adhesion of tar and resin residue. |
|---|---|
| Superior Release Properties | Even adhered tar can be easily removed, improving work efficiency. |
| Lubricating Effect Due to Graphite Content | It enhances surface smoothness and provides excellent release properties and wear resistance. |
How to use
1. Clean off any resin residue adhering to the mold, then apply the undiluted solution evenly by spray or brush.
Note: Graphite may settle, so stir well before use.
2. Heat the mold to 150°C or higher and maintain for about 5~10 minutes.
A graphite-containing film will form on the surface, creating a strong heat-resistant layer (film thickness: 5 μm or less).
3. For core molding, continue to use a release agent as usual.
4. Tar and resin residue will be less likely to adhere, and even if they do, they can be easily removed.
