Purpose
Prevents the adhesion of resin residue and tar on shell molds, and allows for easy removal even if adhesion occurs.
It can also be directly applied to heated molds, which is a key feature.
Features
| Forms a Durable Coating | Adheres firmly to the mold surface, forming a strong coating layer. |
|---|---|
| Prevents Adhesion Through Graphite Content | The effect of graphite provides excellent prevention against the adhesion of resin residue. |
| Improves Work Efficiency When Used at High Temperatures | It can be used at high temperatures and forms a coating layer instantly, ensuring high work efficiency. |
| Non-Hazardous for Safe Handling | As a non-hazardous material, it can be handled safely and with confidence. |
How to use
- Remove any firmly adhered resin residue from the mold. While the mold is sufficiently heated, fill an air spray gun or similar device with Shift Remover NW and apply it evenly over the entire mold surface.
(Note: Graphite may settle, so stir well before use.) - A coating film will form on the mold surface, enhancing surface hardness.
- For shell core production, continue to use a release agent as usual.
- Tar buildup becomes less likely to adhere, and any adhered tar can be easily removed.
