Purpose
BN SUPER 1 is a fast-drying lubricating spray formulated with a special white powder that offers excellent heat resistance up to 900°C.
It enhances release performance and high-temperature lubrication for casting sand molds, effectively preventing burn-on and improving release in green sand molds and shell molds.
Easy to use, it forms a uniform coating simply by spraying.
Suitable for a wide range of materials including metal, glass, graphite, and refractories, it delivers stable release performance and a smooth surface finish even under high-temperature conditions.

How to use
2. Spray evenly from a distance of approximately 30 cm from the target surface.
3. The adhesion strength reaches its peak after about 1 hour, so apply approximately 1 hour before starting the molding process.
1) For Green Sand Molds
・Adheres to all types of molds, including metal, resin, and wooden molds.
・Spray on areas prone to release issues or apply over the entire surface.
・The effect lasts for approximately 200～300 shots per application.
(Effective even after the white coating layer on the mold surface is no longer visible.)
2) For Shell Molds
・Spray the entire surface before setting the mold in the shell machine.
・Use in combination with a silicone-based release agent; however, reduce the amount of silicone agent to about 1/5.
(Example: if spraying once every 20 shots, change to once every 100 shots.)
・The effect lasts for approximately 300 shots per application.
・While the SUPER 1 coating remains, resin carbon deposits hardly adhere.
