Purpose
SHIFT MOLD FC-C is a concentrated oil-based release agent designed for use with DISAMATIC molding machines and similar systems.
Its high-concentration formulation allows dilution up to 50 times, significantly reducing storage space and purchasing costs.
It can be easily diluted with light mineral oils such as diesel or kerosene, making it easy to handle while also offering advantages in safety management.
Even after dilution, it maintains stable release performance, ensuring consistent molding quality.
In addition, it is designed without harmful substances, making it safe for both operators and the environment.

How to use

◼︎ Mix thoroughly, then spray or apply evenly onto the mold (pattern) surface.
◼︎ Depending on operating conditions, application once every 2～3 cycles may still be effective.
