Purpose
SAND BARRIER WA is an alcohol-based, fast-drying surface stabilizer developed to prevent burn-on defects and surface defects on mold surfaces.
Formulated with refractory aggregate and special resin, it forms a strong protective film on the mold surface.
This provides both burn-on prevention and improved mold surface strength.
It dries quickly and can be applied evenly without reducing work efficiency.
In addition, it uses ethanol as its main component, making it a safe and environmentally friendly product that also helps improve the working environment.
It can also be used for pinpoint application to prevent burn-on in self-hardening molds.
By incorporating refractory aggregate into conventional alcohol-based SAND BARRIER, this product achieves both burn-on prevention on mold surfaces and improved mold surface strength.

How to use
