Purpose
SHIFT MOLD FC-W40 is a W/O emulsion-type water-based release agent for green sand casting molds.
It offers excellent wettability to mold surfaces and is compatible with large high-pressure molding machines and DISAMATIC systems.
Compared to conventional oil-based products, it significantly reduces usage volume, delivering superior cost performance.
Its stable formulation minimizes the risk of rust even with higher water content, and no flash point is detected, ensuring a high level of safety.

How to use

◼︎ Apply before each use as a general rule; depending on conditions, application once every 2～3 cycles may still be effective.
