Purpose
SHIFT MOLD FC is a low-viscosity, low-odor oil-based straight release agent used for large high-pressure molding machines and DISAMATIC systems.
It provides strong adhesion to graphite, bentonite, and aluminum plates, delivering stable lubrication and release performance.
It can be used as-is without dilution and contributes to extended mold life, stable release quality, and improved reusability of molding sand.

How to use

◼︎ Depending on operating conditions, application once every 2～3 cycles may still be effective.
